Rap Bua Festival en Thaïlande
Le Rap Bua Festival ou Yon Bua Festival (ประเพณีรับบัวหรือโยนบัว) est une chose unique en Thaïlande, vous pourrez avoir ici la description de ce qu’il est, ma vision personnelle de cette fête, ainsi qu’une série de photos, puis, je vous expose mes recherches qui m’ont permises de savoir qui était célébré ce jour.
Pour cette fête bouddhiste, les croyants viennent pour jeter des Dok Bua (des fleurs de lotus) en offrande sur le bateau qui transporte cérémonieusement une statue du Bouddha vénéré. Appelée Luang Poh To หลวงพ่อโต, cette représentation de Bouddha est abritée par le temple Wat Bang Phli Yai Nai à Samut Prakan วัดบางพลีใหญ่ใน (สมุทรปราการ)

Le Wat Chaloem Pra Kiat et le parc contigu près de Bangkok
Pour faire ma recherche d’espace vert à Bangkok, j’ai la chance d’avoir maintenant accès aux cartes sur internet car il est très difficiles d’avoir des renseignements sur ce sujet. Surtout que j’aime les vrais espaces verts dans lesquels il est possible de se promener et que je ne trouve pas d’intérêt à ceux qui sont grands comme un mouchoir de poche.
Ainsi, j’ai pu découvrir le très agréable parc Chaloem Kanchanaphisek qui jouxte le Wat Chaloem Pra Kiat.

20 avril 2015 : 41° à Bangkok.
The 20 avril 2015, il a fait une chaleur exceptionnelle à Bangkok : 41° celsius soit 106° fahrenheit.
Il faut remonter au temps de l’élection de John F. Kennedy à la Maison Blanche, il y a 54 ans, pour connaître une pareille chaleur à Bangkok dans le quartier de Don Muang voir ici.
